Spring has sort of sprung so have a different kind of refreshing salad–Corn Chili Stuffed Tomatoes. Create an edible tomato bowl and fill it with a delicious mix. The jalapeño pepper adds a bit of a zing to the juicy tomato and the crispy corn kernels. The multiple textures are sure to be a treat for your tastebuds! Make the tomatoes as the main entree or add it as a side dish to a grilled masterpiece perhaps.

Rose and Jim Totino started a pizzeria in Minneapolis in 1951, with a $1,500 loan. Little did they know then, their take-out only pizza parlor would turn into a multi-million dollar frozen foods brand. The couple was selling hundreds of pizzas a week and realized their 18-hour days were not sustainable. They changed over to the frozen food business in 1962, but they didn’t start out with pizzas. Rather, they were known for their Totino’s Fine Foods pasta dinners! After they perfected the frozen pizza, it joined their menu of frozen pastas.

When you think protein-based breakfast, Kodiak Cakes and Oatmeal should come to mind! The small family-operated business started in the 1980's, in Utah with pancakes and waffle mixes, but quickly expanded. They now offer the original mixes, oatmeal cups, frozen pre-packed pancakes, granola bars, and fruit syrups. The two brothers of the family business appeared in an episode of Shark Tank in 2014. Mr. Wonderful and Mark Cuban both made offers, but the Clark brothers (owners of the company) turned them both down because the offers weren’t what they were hoping for.

The super simple, cheesy casserole mixes in the sandwich’s staple basics: steak, onions, bell peppers and cheese. Legend has it, the OG Philly Cheesesteak sandwich originated at a hot dog cart in south Philadelphia back in the 1930s.

Not only are Stacy’s Pita Chips one of the most popular pita chips on the market, they are the first of their kind! According to The Daily Meal, Stacy Madison, founder of Stacy’s Pita Chips, invented and commercially packed pita chips. Pitas date back to 2,500 B.C. in Mesopotamia. The word “pita” originates from the Greek word “pikte,” meaning fermented pastry, OR the origin of the word comes from the Hebrew word “patt,” meaning a small piece of bread. Pita chips are an incredibly versatile snack high in vitamin E, contain vitamin B, and are low calorie.
