Do you love to order table-side guacamole at restaurants but think it would be too hard to make at home? We have an easy recipe for you to try! What we love about this recipe is it does not require a food processor!
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados and stir in salt to taste. Mix in the tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
