I’m a sports enthusiast. In fact, I’m probably an enthusiastic enthusiast. I’m a former goalie for the UW Women’s Hockey team, and I enjoy playing volleyball, softball and skating circles around my husband. Working at Fresh Madison Market is perfect for me, I’m constantly moving, yes, there’s checking, assisting, playmaking, but no head-butting. Anyway, I adore being on campus and close to the rink, and I like seeing, working with, and interacting with the students and faculty that shop our store.
Meghan is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate and received her Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Western Illinois University. Before returning to Madison, Meghan spent time working with the Philadelphia Flyers and Chicago Wolves. She has been a mainstay at several grocery stores in the area in a variety of roles, including front end supervisor, grocery operations manager and assistant store manager.
