This is the ice cream for people who love ice cream…but don’t love calories. It might seem like a bit of a contradiction to think you can dive into a pint of ice cream without blowing out your calories for the day…but that’s exactly the kind of magic Halo Top has done. Halo Top is the creation of Justin Woolverton who had very specific diet restrictions, so he started making ice cream in his kitchen.
