Open Acres cooked shrimp is great just as it is with some lemon and cocktail sauce. But for something different, try this easy shrimp salad that you can have ready in just 15 minutes!
Here’s all you’ll need:
1 lb. Open Acres cooked shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. shrimp seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups peeled, chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Cut cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces.

It’s summer, it’s hot, and it’s time for a cool treat. Try this super-rich Peanut Butter Brownie Milkshake the folks at Delish recently shared. It’s amazingly easy and absolutely delicious.
Just take a handful of brownies, 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter, 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a splash of milk. Blend it all together and pour it in a big glass. Is it really that easy? Give it a try and let us know!
