No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

The last thing you want to do in the middle of August is heat up the oven.  Here’s a dessert from the archives at Taste of Home that is light and fluffy, as well as no bake.  To make this treat you’ll need:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

6 tablespoons whole milk

8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Next, the easiest pie you’ll ever make:

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.  Then work in sugar and peanut butter. Add milk, gradually. Fold in whipped topping; spoon into the crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill overnight.

Done!  And delicious!
